My writing ability increased immeasurably a year and a half ago when Kathy Carlton Willis became my coach and mentor. When Kathy saw that a group of writers would benefit from intense online critiquing to develop their skills, she brought together approximately ten people of diverse backgrounds. She set up guidelines, and she expects us to submit and critique a required number of manuscripts according to those guidelines each month. Kathy encourages and prays for each of us, and lets us know how much she believes in our writing projects.
